Alan is available for weekday evening and Saturday morning domiciliary (house) visits and is able to provide a wide range of podiatry treatments together with general foot care and footwear advice and is experienced in working with people with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Alan McClean graduated from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh in 1999 and is a fully qualified podiatrist /chiropodist registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (H.C.P.C.), and the College of Podiatry.

Since qualifying Alan has worked in both the N.H.S. and as a Clinical Specialist educator in the private sector specialising in wound care. Alan’s experience also includes working in hospital wards and teaching public sector workers in foot health education.
